Our room was very clean, all aspects. However: bed was extremely hard, walls must have been made out of cardboard, as we could hear not only the TV, but all of the water usage from the room next door,also the people in the hallway going/coming to rooms. some of the staff who were smokers elected to sit right outside of the front door on either side of the walkway to smoke, forcing guests to walk between them as they entered the hotel to register or go to their rooms. Room was very clean.
Extremely hard bed and thin walls! customer rating 3.5 out of 5 It was cheap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was pretty well equipped. Bathroom was clean. Noisy. Area for hanging up clothes was downright dirty. Not just needed dusting, really dirty. So was TV shelf. customer rating 3 out of 5 A basic room for a business trip. There was an exercise room - not sure if there is a pool or not. Clean, basic accommodations at a low price. Easy to get to, low price considering heavy demand date I traveled on (CES Show). Desk area was higher than normal, hard to work on, no swivel chair. I would prefer a flatter pillow if possible, but nice poofie pillows provided.
