I've stayed here exclusively since it opened. Usually, fine. This time: (1) Sink drain didn't work upon 10pm check-in, said guy was coming up, 8 hours later, no guy. Then took until 8am to fix, and I had been out all night. (2) Size of rooms, near my rental, stayed here exclusively for years. The staff just didn't have it together. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Valet parking attendant is rude,have to eat early and pay extra if you want internet, pipe fencing placed to make it hard to get to your room. Not happy with this place and would not recommend to friends The food was good if they let you eat. Charge 11.99 a day if you want internet service, no eating after 8 pm. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I always stay here. I get more than my money's worth. Staff is always friendly. Wonderful experience every time. So very comfortable staying here, location is convenient.
