My husband and I felt like we were staying in a Luxury hotel but we weren't spending an arm and a leg. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't outrageous. You will certainly get what you pay for! Our room was fancy and neat, very technological and smart. It was clean and comfortable enough that I immediately took my shoes off as opposed to many places I have stayed (even nicer hotels) where I wear my shoes the entire time (I'm a little bit of a germ-a=phobe). Our spa experience was the highlight of our trip. Aria has the spa experience mastered. We went at the end of April and our only regret was that we didn't take swimsuits. Our massage was scheduled for 10am. If you do the spa, go early and enjoy all the spa has to offer and take a swimsuit to enjoy the private spa-pool or the very nice hotel pool after you get done in the spa! Loved the spa! My only complaint is that we were not sure how to see/explore City Center. A map/brochure in room would be helpful. customer rating 3 out of 5 Nice resort property with excellent amenities. The gym was excellent and the spa was very nice. Problems arose when the hotel added additional charges on top of what was quoted. We were charged another per night plus tax for the "luxury" of having two double beds instead of a king. When asked if there was some kind of compensation that could be provided for this unexpected little surprise, (such as a bottle of wine to our room, or a drink credit) we were denied anything including an explanation or apology. Our hotel safe unexplainable malfunctioned before dinner one night, at which time we had to wait for an hour before staff were able to attend our room and open it for us. We complained to the front desk staff and were provided with a food credit, however when checking out at the end of our stay the front desk staff were unwilling to transfer the remaining food credit from the initial day it was granted to the rest of our stay. After some heated negotiation the issue was resolved, however I would not have expected to be nickeled and dimmed to death at a 5-star resort. We also found the air conditioning in our room to be ineffective and the water pressure in the sink was abysmal. Overall, I found the service in relation to the hotel rates to be unacceptable for a five star ratting. For the price that we payed for our stay (450+ per night) I expected much more.
