Needs updating, lamps need to be checked, new carpeting and furniture. Just not up to our standards, was not paying much attention to the rating, but anything looks good on the computer, actual can be way less. Will be off our list when we travel thr I guess it was cheap price, other than that, would have rather paid more and had updated room.
