The curtains of our room on the ground floor level directly facing the parking lot were so bent out of shape that they would not close, etc. customer rating 1 out of 5 I got the handicap room because I missed the 'accessible' part when booking the room. The bed was very very hard, toilet took 3-4 flushes to work right. First night my car and one/two others were the only ones in the hotel parking lot... loud drin Price. Rock hard bed, toilet didn't flush right, nearly empty hotel - kind of creepy. customer rating 1 out of 5 I absolutely was disgusted by this hotel. I have booked with Priceline many time and this was a horrific experience.. I requested a 2 beds in the reservation, when I arrived I was fiven a room with one bed and had to pay an additional fee to change to a 2 bed room.
