The staff that I encountered were not very friendly nor helpful. The restaurant had decent food and I ate there three times and each time they messed up at least something on my order. The hotel room itself was very nice - welcoming. The staff was not that helpful or friendly. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
