Wait for valet picking up car, charge for parking. customer rating 3 out of 5 Great location. We took the shuttle to the Old Market and had a card with a number to call for a return trip. During our stay, my young son got sick in the middle of the night. The front desk sent someone up right away to help us get clean blankets and to take care of the soiled one. They also brought us a crib for our other child very quickly and it was nice to have such prompt service. My parents also stayed in the hotel with us and they were very impressed by a women on the housekeeping staff that helped them out. My dad went out to get something from the vending machine and could find one. He asked the women cleaning an elevator if there was a place nearby that he could purchase a snack for my mom. She said that the gift shop was closed and the only place they had a vending machine was in the break room. She said "I'll get something for you, what would she like" she proceeded to go get something and bring it back and when my dad offered money she said "just tell her to enjoy it." I have never stayed in a place where someone went above and beyond like that. It was really nice. The staff was very helpful and prompt when we needed a couple of things on our stay. The air-conditioner in our room was not working properly and the remote to the TV had dead batteries. Also there was litter under the beds.
