They tried to put us in the sixth floor, which was dingy, dirty and smelled strongly of smoke and something else they tried to use to mask everything else. The carpet was stained, it was dusty and even the covers looked dirty. Deceitful, "selective" attention that does not favor those who book online in sites other than Best Western's. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Close to Creighton University Medical Center. Tripled their nightly rate during the College World Series - difficult for those staying due to medical issues (close to hospital) customer rating 3 out of 5 The staff was very friendly and nice. The shuttle service was available and prompt to come back and get us when we called.
