We arrived at about 11:00 pm and were greeted with a friendly staff. Downtown location, close to restaurants, clean, attractive and beds & pillows comfortable. Enjoyed shower with large shower head. Tub was slow to drain, everything else was great! customer rating 1.5 out of 5 It's been several years since my last visit to this hotel and I willnot return. It used to be one of the best in Lincoln, not the case anymore. Location is still great but that is it. At 1st glance our room was clean but base boards,surface areas, and the bathroom floor were disgusting. To top it off it was 85 degrees and the AC was broken in several rooms. When we called the front desk at 11:00 pm to notify them the clerk laughed and stated she was not an AC repair man. We were traveling with an infant if it would not have been for the amount of effort required to re-pack we would have left in the middle of the night. There is a similar hotel 1 block away unless major changes are made I reccomend staying there. Nice bed, great location!
