They gave my friends a room where a baby passed away in their barely a week before, the blood stains was still all over the bed, they had no sheets and no pillows and when they finally got pillows they had no pillow cases. Our shower was almost inoperable, the pressure was too much and the water got all over the floor, there was no way to keep it in, and on top of that the tub was clogged and would not drain. Nothing.
