When we approached the front desk, the walls were dirty and it was disorganized. We asked to see a room, suspecting it was nasty, and the person had to go find someone who could speak English to talk with us. After getting someone to speak English, I asked to see a room and was told they didn't even have a reservation for us, although I had my printed receipt. That was fine with us, we would not have stayed in the flea bag, worst hotel experience ever! Nothing! Everything we saw! customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Has a very nice pool and hot tub. Poor service. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 We stayed four nights in this hotel and I would give it a D- on service. Our room was not cleaned by the hotel staff the first night and we had to ask for clean towels and remind them we needed the trash taken out as well. My family which includes my 10 and 6 year old over-heard the maids using foul language on a regular basis. The manager was professional but the other staff were far from it. Allowed pets. Several members of the hotel staff were unfriendly and used foul language.
