Management called, accused me and billed me for broken furniture that was there when I checked in with out researching it. 2 hours late a receptionist called me and said there had been a terrible mistake and my card had been credited. The poor Management didn't have the nerve to call and say he made a mistake. I would never trust or use this hotel again. Not possible.
