Cheap Hotel means Cheap everything! Beds are low and hard, TV's are old, decor was updated on the walls but the "recent" remodel is lacking class! The heat would not stop and the A/C would not work. Our room was about 80degrees!! While checking out, we mentioned it to the staff and they acted as if they had not heard this complaint before but we overhead the gentleman after us complaining of the exact same thing. The deadbolt lock was completely broke & pulling away from the door so even if we did us it, it would not have worked. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM on Thursday night and the pool was packed with kids but on Friday night, with only 6 of us in it, they closed at 10PM. There was a huge gap under the door to the hallway so every time anyone walked by, we heard every word they were saying. Not all of the light fixtures worked. The lobby was very nice and had up-to-date decor, furniture and an overall warm & welcoming feel. Room was spacious but needed more furniture. Room was too hot, A/C would not turn on. Ceilings really low on 2nd floor. Too loud!
