Convenient to interstate and still quiet and clean. customer rating 3 out of 5 It was fine. Not great, not horrible. Pretty middle of the road. No free breakfast like a lot of other hotels, but still usually a moderately higher price. Pool was small, hot tub was extremely hot! Really could only stand it for the 15 minute limit the sign posted. It wasn't as relaxing as it could have been because of this. Overall, it fit our need of a quiet, clean room for one night. No fridge in room either. Convenient to area we were visiting, Near restaurants, gas stations, fwy, etc. It seemed old and not as clean as I was expecting from a Holiday Inn. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel staff was wonderful. We were upgraded to a room that fit the size of our family (two adults; 4 children). The pool was great. Everything about our hotel experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating to our needs as a family traveling with children. We were on the 7th floor and there was only one operating elevator.
