Just the location is bad. Too many drifters. Staff is always friendly. Near a bus station, lots of people milling in parking lot makes for uneasiness. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Refrigerator, and recently update decor. Some rooms with King beds have couches, and more space. Close to restaurants and convention center. Some rooms with two queens feel cramped. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I really was pleased with the staff and cleanliness, but this was right across the street from a bus stop and a train depot which brought a lot of vagrants. the parking was in an alley which considering the vagrants was really uncomfortable. if you have a tall rig with any bumper pull you CANNOT park anywhere near your room, there is a 8' max clearance to park. also, there isn't an elevator to half of the rooms on the second floor so we had to make SEVERAL trips due to our heavy luggage. there is a balcony that overlooks the alley where we park and there were occupants just relaxing over the balconywatching us get out of our vehicles and what we took out of our vehicles. it felt SUPER unsafe. Our room door wasvery hard to get to latch. I liked the large bed and clean room. There wasno elevator to the second floor.
