But the power went out an 2 hours before check-out right in the middle of me getting ready no one came to tell me what had happened and then when the power came back on the house keepers came to my door 3 times before check out and i think that was very rude they should have given people extra time since the power had gone out. And I know for a fact that there not supposed to bother you tell after check-out time. The room's bedding & the swimming pool. The power went out and the maid knocked on my door 3 times before check-out. Rude! customer rating 5 out of 5 This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at in Billings (And I've stayed at A Lot!) The Kelly Inn was so quiet & peaceful! The staff was so friendly and helpful!
