After getting the right number a woman answered the phone who I could understand, but could not understand me (I'm from the Midwest). She gave the phone to a man I could partially understand and he could partially understand me. I got my room confirmed and ask what my total would be including tax, and he just kept saying the tax rate and wouldn't give me a total. When we arrived at the hotel the woman at the counter couldn't understand me. I tried paying for the room with a card their website said they accepted, but it wouldn't go through. I asked if it said why it wouldn't (with traveling I don't know if they stopped suspicious charges, or if they didn't accept that credit card) she just kept shaking her head until I gave her another card (the original card worked fine for the rest of the trip.) After getting to our room There wasn't even a clock! I have never seen such a bare hotel room! They did provide shampoo and soap. We arrive at about 10 PM and left the next morning at 8:30, so we didn't hang around too long.The last thing that is very misleading that they provide breakfast. When I ask where the breakfast was they told us to go to next door! They send their guests to the hotel next door (the one I originally had the phone number for) to eat their breakfast. These hotels seem to share a pool, so I thought "okay, weird, but that's what he said." So we went over there and there were signs everywhere that said that guest from our hotel were not to eat the breakfast provided by that hotel (which consisted of gas station danishes and little greasy muffins.). The fridge and microwave was a nice touch, but didn't have time to use them. I'd do it again. Great price! Generally clean, well kept, and staff was accommodating. Nothing.
