We booked a 2 queen bed room. We got a 2 bed full beds room. The room smelled bad for 2 days. The swim pool was dirty. There was no coffee pot in the room. We had to stay another day. I felt closed in in the room we had. There was no table to eat at. The air-conditioner didn't work well and it was in the 80s there. was just not a pleasant experience there. The free breakfast was just that. Free! not good! Nothing Everything customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Staff was very friendly and gave good directions. Smoking free wy-fy, so I thought I was getting a smoke-free room-not so. Couldn't change this after the fact, so we had to stay in a smoking room. Easy to find your way around.
