Leonard Wood, and all hotels were booked, so this was our last resort. We were grateful there was vacancy for us. We new eyelid was an economy level hotel but had no idea how low star it actually was. I read the reviews first and decided to book based off if generous comments. Unfortunately we were very displeased, TV didn't .work, patches on walls everywhere, couldn't shower do to stains in the tub (gross), parking at night was zero(we had to create a parking space and hope for the best). Office staff was great however and did there best to accommodate. All in all not quarry we expected, but nevertheless it was a bed and a pillow. Very convenient location right off of the highway. Horrible parking, not clean, needs an update, non-smoking room reeked of smoke, TV didn't work. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The desk clerk was nice & friendly upon check in. There were two fast food places across the street, which was a plus in my book because we arrived late to check in & getting something to was easy. The overall condition of the room was just OK. Its very ideal for those on a budget. It is in a great location with eating places within walking distance. The cost was great and very spacious and good location, great staff. Bathroom was small but very clean.
