Noisy heater. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel was hard to get into we had to drive through a mall parking lot. Wasn't happy about the construction I understand that happens but would have chosen another for the reason we had our 4 year old granddaughter who tripped fell and skinned her knees. This is the first Holiday inn I have stayed at that didn't include breakfast. The breakfast that was served was the same I have had for free and it was 10 dollars a person. Overall not to happy. Under construction a lot of noise and workers at the doors and the first holiday inn with no free breakfast. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The hotel was currently under partial renovation at the time, but it was still very clean, and extremely quiet during the night. If i was going to visit the area again i would definitely consider this location again. Staff was extremely nice. We arrived at almost midnight and the person at the front desk seemed very chipper and cheerful. Indoor Pool area was closed down. After a long day we were ready for a swim, and could not.
