Check-in staff was rude, disrespectful and treated us poorly. customer rating 5 out of 5 I've stayed at this hotel 3 times. I must say that I love it. The rooms are nice and clean but not overly fancy. You can pull directly up to the door of your room, unloading your stuff is a breeze. This is one of the few hotels that I've stayed at where you never get woken up by slamming doors, people talking, etc. Clean, comfortable rooms, quiet! Need to unload rear projection TV's, time for flat screens. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Easy access to my work. I did not like that the water temp in the shower was inconsistent.
