They were foreign and didn't speak English well and were not good communicators. At first they gave me a single room when I reserved a double. When I came back to the office to notify them of their I'm wracking my mind to come up with something I liked, nothing's coming. Dead bugs in room, not clean, foreign staff - not nice, little English, gave me wrong room, questioned me. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Not clean, ran down rooms with old baths, thin old towels only one chair in the room. The room left everything to be desired. The tv had such a blurry picture that we coudn't see anything.
