The room was not clean, musty, phone and TV and refrigerator not operating correctly. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Horrible, We would never stay there again. Nothing. I could not get coffee in the morning. customer rating 2 out of 5 Asked for a wake-up call and never got one. In the morning I asked why as we had missed breakfast and they said, "Oh, the call machine isn't working." Never apologized or offered accommodation. If we had had somewhere to be we'd Wake up call never arrived and there was a very nonchalant attitude about that.
