Only problem was the amount of noise that one could hear in the room when trying to sleep. Location, quality and staff. Room was very noisy. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 When we arrived the pool was closed, with a sign at the front desk stating the pool would be open the following morning. This was very important since we had called and asked if there was a pool when we found out we had gotten a room at this hotel and promised our 3 year old we would swim as soon as we arrived. We held the 3 year old off that evening telling him we could swim the next morning. The following morning I called down to the front desk to make sure the pool was open, and the front desk staff stated it had been open since 7am. My husband, 3 year old, and I put our swimsuits on and trekked down to the pool only to find out when we got there, the pool was closed until the weekend. Needless to say, my 3 year old was not happy. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and not informed. Other than the staff, and the pool ordeal, our stay was fine. Nice room, and close to the interstate. This hotel is always clean and has a courteous staff. There are not enough restaurants around the hotel.
