Was in area due to funeral. Wasn't expecting much from this hotel because of the other reviews, but it served our immediate needs, up to a point. Check-in was handled through the one-way mirror inside the front door, as lobby was locked. Wife thought I was waiting around for someone to show up the whole time. Biggest issue was continental breakfast was promised from 6-10. At 9:30, there was nothing available and no sign that anything had been available. Coffee pot in lobby was still unused, and door to what I assume was the dining area was locked. Least expensive in the area. Continental breakfast was promised, not provided. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Nothing Over price heat swimming pool was not turn on so it was cold. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Do not stay here. Sleep in your car if you have to. That was actually what the front desk person told us. He said he doesn't care about repeat business, so I warn you don't give him any business. Customer service rude and hateful. Appearance of the hotel old, musty, dingy, though it was clean. This place needs a face lift, especially in attitude. Nothing.
