A lot of noise. Shower did not work. customer rating 1 out of 5 When we arrived the staff was helpful. Once in our room we found a used wrist cast in room in the middle of floor. Staff came down and got it was very sorry. After that we got in bed we found food and hair in the sheets. Called staff and was moved to diff Staff was friendly and helpful.
