I felt safe and it was definitely clean (not spotless, but very clean). Nicely appointed, comfortable bed & pillows, and large room. Attention to detail in the cleaning of the bathroom could have been improved. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 My first room was located next to the workout area. My room and floor vibrated as soon as someone ran on the treadmill. My first switched room had no working air unit, and the facilities manager could not fix. I switched to another room, the toilet fixture was loose from the wall, the lid was ajar, the tub drain did not drain (I was standing in dirty water). The "business center" is a computer on a small desk with a printer. The television worked. There was something wrong with each room I was assigned or switched to. customer rating 5 out of 5 The staff was nice and the breakfast was wonderful. If you arrive late at night at the hotel, you may not get a decent parking spot.
