Then after checking into my room the bathroom floor was dirty. The floor area was dirty around the desk area. Then when checking out I told the front desk clerk that the feedback website wasn't working and asked for a feed back sheet. He replied with a smart remark and never gave me a number or any information. The night auditor and and breakfast was great, clean, neat, fresh and friendly. The morning shift front desk guy never offered me to join the rewards program. The hotel has a great entrance and comfortable feeling. My bathroom wasn't clean and nor over by the desk part, customer rating 2 out of 5 I have enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past (several times), but this time, my room smelled bad and the bedding was stained, the bath wasn't as clean as I'd come to expect from this hotel. I was quite disappointed. The location is convenient to the freeway. The room was dirty and smelly. customer rating 5 out of 5 Very clean hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Other amenities weren't luxurious or abundant, but were quite sufficient for a brief stay. Definitely fits a 3-star category. Very clean. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast seemed to only include toast.
