I did ask to change a room which was accommodated. The hotel is an older one and dated. The location. Did not like the connecting room idea and the noise level of the next room due to a barking dog. customer rating 3.4 out of 5 Everything about this hotel was great. But the staff wasn't friendly at all. It was not nice talking to them at all. Clean, and close to shopping area. The staff wasn't nice. customer rating 1.4 out of 5 The mattresses had a big dip in the middle because they were old and need to be changed and the smell in the room was horrible like the air filters needed to be changed about 2 years previous.
