Hotel remodeled, so everything was nice and in working order. Recently remodeled, everything in working order, and convenient location. Pillows not comfortable, but lots of them - 4 per bed. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 This hotel was not what I expected. The room we were given had a broken toilet. The clerk was not sure if she could find someone to fix it and it was already after 8pm. The only remaining rooms were smoking and they smelled bad. We took one anyway because The staff tried to help with problems Toilet broke. Had to stay in a smoking room. Bugs. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Overall the hotel was good. I think that smoking should not be allowed in any room. I loved that the hotel was centrally located. It was a smoking room and it really smelled bad.
