They were speaking with the Pest control man who had a can with a hose in his hand. Our room stunk, an odd smell. Our room was right next to the exit door and it was The creme puffs. It seriously stunk in the room. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Staff was friendly.. Our room was not cleaned one of the nights we stayed there. We had to ask for clean towels. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 It has soft water, which is something rarer and rarer these days. The hotel is in a declining condition.
