They said they would bring a cot/rollaway to the room, I was traveling with a friend. They never brought anything. One of us had to sleep on the floor. Immediately put on hold (in sync) when calling front desk. customer rating 5 out of 5 Clean, well run, pleasant, wonderful and friendly staff, the staff was on a first name basis with me immediately and<BR/>convenient.
