Met expectations. Seemed kind of expensive for a holiday inn. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Staff was friendly. Unattended children in the pool area caused problems. The manager tried to make things right when we checked out. We did not realize that pool view did not mean the room was near the pool. Staff were friendly.
