The hotel needs to utilize security and section off where folks wait in doors for the buses.Smoking and we did not feel comfortable walking out of there. I am from Minneapolis, not a small town, so it takes bit to make me feel uncomfortable. I felt unsafe. This is challenging perhaps star bucks coffee down in the coffee shop. It was not close to anything and there were 20-30 teenage hoodlums waiting in the bus area in side the lower lobby when you walk out. customer rating 2 out of 5 I have previously stayed at this hotel in a nice, newer room overlooking the pool. However, this was my second stay placed in an older room which needs updating, especially the shower with its old, dirty-looking out-of-date grout and rusting tub bottom. In addition, I had 30 minutes to sit in the hot tub right when it was scheduled to open, 8:00 a.m. I came to find it was still filling, and would be ready in about 20 minutes. Since I had to check out at 8:30 I was not able to wait. Disappointing since I reserved at this hotel knowing they have a nice pool/hot tub area. Good downtown location Pool and hot tub were not open as scheduled. Opened late in the morning so I was unable to use. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 I was very disappointed.
