Hotel advertised kids under 12 eat free but didn't honor customer rating 1 out of 5 The hotel it self was clean and nice. The pool was small, but empty so we had the whole area to ourselves. The staff at the front desk did not seem to know what they were doing. The manager always seemed to have her mouth full of food when she talked to u The pool. The staff. customer rating 3.1 out of 5 Pretty much a standard Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, the restaurant looked good (we did not use it). The room was comfortable, check in and check out were easy, we had no problems. Even with all the kids staying there for a baseball tournament, we heard nothing. We had a room with 2 beds and no occupants to either side. No free breakfast.
