We asked for no room service, and didn't need any products or towels but someone came into our room anyway and made it up. The idea was that we didn't want anyone in the room, but they disregarded that. That was very disappointing and didn't need to happen if the front desk person did their job correctly and conveyed the message. Clean andquiet. Pool not open during our stay. Because there is a water park there, the pool is not accessible to guests. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Location.
