Shuttle to airport prompt. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The staff was so friendly and accommodating that not having a pool or what you call for breakfast did not matter as much. Price. No pool. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 It was the cheapest quality EVERYTHING, from the toilet paper to the tissue! No blanket on the bed, no lotion in the bathroom. Poor soundproofing - could hear a barking dog down the hall & every flush of someone else's toilet & shower. The refrigerator didn't even work. I chose this hotel over others as it said breakfast was included. The selection was only awful mini muffins (pre-frozen or stale) and choice of o.j. or apple juice. No dry cereal, yogurt or toast w/ jam. No plastic silverware - nothing. That shouldn't be called a breakfast! Very disappointing. Close location to airport & free shuttle service (although it took 30 Min's to get to airport) less than 2 miles. Lousy "breakfast" - I wouldn't even call it breakfast!
