Walls are thin - I could hear the person snoring in the next room. customer rating 5 out of 5 Very nicely decorated. Very clean. Everyone was friendly. I told the front desk clerk about the maid knocking on the door (that has never happened to me before in all my hotel stays) and the clerk was very sorry for what happened and called the head housekeeper. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Maid knocked on our door at 8:30 a.m. To ask when we were leaving. Not happy! customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Would not say this is on the level of other hotels with same star ranking, but is was pretty decent. Staff was very nice. The rooms were efficient and updated. Pool area was disgusting. Many spiders on bottom of pool, that were still there the next day.
