Shampoo was no frills. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This was one of the cleanest hotels I've been in...really well kept. The hotel has a little bit of a dormitory feel to it. The rooms are nice and clean, however. customer rating 3 out of 5 If you are under 7 feet tall you would need a step ladder to get into bed. My husband & I are both handicapped. He is 6 feet tall & the mattress hit him at his mid backside. He had trouble getting onto bed & I am 5 ft 4 ", with bad legs, foot stool,had to be pushed to side of bed and wedged against wall, with my cane for support & the foot stool i still had a very hard time getting onto this bed. It was definitely a handicapped room! Convenient location to casino & Lone Star is a good restaurant directly in front of hotel.
