Could hear band playing in the bar after midnight while trying to sleep. customer rating 2 out of 5 Dirty, Dingy, Parking lot a mess with snowmobile trailers and bikes all over the place -- maybe you should have a designated area for Snowmobile trailers and bikes. Smokers directly outside of doors so you needed to walk thru smoke clouds. Pet allowed to urinate on carpet and owner just walked away. GROSS! Will think long and hard before I stay at a Holiday Inn again. The staff was apologetic and polite about the level of cleanliness. Shower was not clean upon arrival, smell, lack of plugs in room, size of bathroom. customer rating 2 out of 5 We were not very happy with this hotel. It was too crowded and noisy. We had to call the front desk twice on Saturday evening because of children running up and down the halls and screaming. We didn't get the results we would've liked from the front desk. Before we left on Sunday morning I let the 2 girls that were at the front desk know we weren't happy and they said nothing! Won't be staying there again. Too bad we didn't get the Ramada, heard it was quiet there! It was an okay location for where we were going. It was too noisy, too many sports groups, too crowded.
