I thought Motel sixes were bad till I experienced the Kalamazoo Red Roof Inn. I was scared to crawl in my bed thinking there were bed bugs present. Thiswas theworst hotel experience I have ever had and I do about 100 overnights a year. This hotel is the absolute worst! No kidding! Absolutely nothing. My room was not clean. Had Marijuana residue on the desk. It is a party hotel and that is all it is. customer rating 3.5 out of 5
Biggest disappointment was that this hotel's set up is not nice. Extremely helpful staff and very polite. Cheap motel like set-up.
