Room was not clean.Toilet seat was falling off. A bad experience. The rooms heat very slowly, so in cold temperatures, it's not very welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable place It was 6 degrees F outside and midnight when we arrived. It would have been extremely helpful if the room had been heated.
