This time not so much.The rooms are discounted they give you the crappy rooms i.e. in areas that need fixing etc. I can deal with a lot of things but stained furniture and carpet are just gross! There were stains all down the back of my chair, in the seat and on the luggage bench, brown and about the size of a silver dollar. I have booked this hotel through the hotel and never had these problems. The front desk staff was very helpful. Had to move rooms heater broke in first, loud + stained chair. 2nd room stained chair bench and carpet. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Much better than average Holiday Inn. Room was nice though a little dated, staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints about anything. customer rating 1 out of 5 As soon as I walked in I was referred to as a "third party" booking and told there would be an additional charge for the request of two beds even though the parking lot was almost empty the entire 5 days. Housekeeping never replenished any supplies such as coffee or shampoo.
Hotel staff rarely spoke to you as you walked by and could use some "hospitality training." No a/c. Did not replenish coffee, shampoo or lotion.
