In addition to the typical Hotel room look and feel, the bathroom tissue was flimsy and rough, the coffee maker was a single serving type and only came with enough coffee to make 2 servings, there was no alarm clock. There were none of the little touches that make you feel like they've thought of everything. Not a bad experience, just disappointing. Recently, I stayed at a 2 1/2 star hotel nearby that was more like a three star, so I was expecting something better here. Comfy bed. Boring decor. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel was "large and in charge!" The rooms were clean and the pillow selection was fabulous. Room service was available and well worth the money!!!! The food was hot and delicious!! The staff was very upbeat and courteous!
