Wonderful location, waterfront & close to Ferries & town. Breakfast was better than expected, very clean, and friendly staff. A little dated, elevator access a bit strange & inconvenient. Not a deal breaker though, location benefits far out way hotel layout. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The room was very inviting, beds so comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and the view of beach and lake was amazing. As we tried to explain that the loss of this card meant the end of our vacation, manager and staff did not attempt to reconcile situation and check-in clerk Nothing The check-in staff was rude and demanding.
