Holiday Inn provides a shuttle to and from the hospital, which saves time, money, and getting stuck in traffic. The staff at this hotel was wonderful. Also, the rooms feature a small refrigerator and microwave. Shuttle bus to University of Michigan hospital was a fabulous service.. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 This is not for those who need it quiet to sleep. Every time some turns on the water in a room nearby, you hear it. Same for voices in the hallway. Odd that one has to walk through an awkward space from where you enter to get to the elevator.
