Customer Reviews for Holiday Inn Alpena Alpenacustomer rating 2.5 out of 5 It's okay place except when you fill it with teen aged sports teams that all want to use the pool and the noise on a pool side room after hours isn't controlled. The need a new wireless system as it was not up to any standard speed. Brunch in the It's one of the only games in town for a chain hotel. Internet was VERY slow and not available most of the time. Pool filled with hundreds of screaming teenagers that weren't being supervised by the coaches. customer rating 5 out of 5
We were pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly. The lobby had a very cozy sitting area around the fireplace.
The room was very nice and convenient. It had a nice inside recreation area.
