Unfortunately there was a mix-up and another group was booked that same day. The manager did everything in his power to make it right for the group of us that stayed, he did an excellent job of making the best of a potentially bad situation. The rooms were spotless, the carpet looked new (although I was told it was not), overall very pleased with our stay. The breakfast could have been better (no yogurt, waffle machine wasn`t working). I would definitely stay here again. Very clean, nice staff, spacious room with refrigerator. customer rating 5 out of 5 My room was clean and ready when I arrived. The staff was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel was close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely stay at the Alpena Days Inn again.
