Wanted to charge me for obviously bad wine & dining partner(different bottles open too long)at their restaurant. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 While the historic beauty and unique colonial character of this hotel is breath-taking (it is a 16th century converted convent), the physical need of a comfortable bed (ours was beyond hard, like a concrete slab with a sheet) puts our experience with this hotel as negative. The room also smelled very musty. We will not return to this establishment. Beautiful historic building with the real colonial experience, unique, not your typical hotel. Extremely rock-hard beds, which caused me neck problems while there and continuing, don't try enjoying its public patios with your own bottle of wine. customer rating 4 out of 5 A former convent, the building is designed around numerous courtyards, painted stucco bright gold.
