The mattress was cheap, the pillows were flat, the towels were like sandpaper. It was 50 degrees in the room when I arrived and took an hour to heat up where I could take my coat off. No continental breakfast was served. The tile in It was less than a mile from my meeting destination. The bathroom was so small that the towels on the rack touched the toilet, unheated when I arrived, remote for TV did not work. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Nice hotel.
